[BHC] Archdiocesan records

Has anyone heard from the Archdiocese regarding the
DPL fee? I'm very interested in learning their
position on the fee, as those are the most important
records for my research that I'll lose access to when
I don't pay the $100. I'd hope that they'd be willing
to refuse the DPL permission to charge for access to
those records, if not pull the entire collection and
move it to a repository that will allow free access.
