Hello Karen,

You are fortunate to live so close to one of the best research 
facilities in Canada - the National Archives of Quebec in Hull. I would 
suggest you visit them. They have an excellent collection of microfilm 
of all churches in Quebec. You should be able to obtain a photocopy of 
the original register entry. They have other material I am sure you can 
use to fill n the gaps or to verify information you already have.
