[FCHSM] Denissen's GFFDRR

Hi,

My cousin, Petee, (original Petit) is new to genealogy and has been looking 
to buy Denissen's GFFDRR for some time now. He finally found copy on Amazon 
for $699.98. He moved from Toledo to Georgia and has never seen a copy.
I think I paid $40 new from FCHSM but don't see it available now. Anyone 
able to help find a copy?
