Unfortunately the names below don't fit in with my own ancestors, but thank you for bolding the names...It was so easy to skim through. I read a lot more than I would have normally when the names are not bolded.

Found out a friend of mine had F-C ancestry through his mother's side.
Have been doing some research on it and there is a lineage given on RootsWeb - WorldConnect with different info then what I have found. Is anyone working on this family from Leelanau Co., MI (see below), I would like to try and firm up the genealogy to give to my friend, thanks, Jim.
1. Charles Desnoyers, (son of Jean-Joseph-François Desnoyers and Marie-Louise Audet(te)-Lapointe).
He married (1) Isabelle Boire, 24 Jul 1820 in St-Philippe, Laprairie, Québec, (daughter of Joseph Boire and Élisabeth Vachereau).

He married (2) Adelaide Dupré, 29 Apr 1844 in St-Edouard, Napierville, Québec.

He married (1) Isabelle-Esther Fortier-Belouin, Also known as Beloquin/Beloin, Also known as Esther-Isabelle, 16 Oct 1849 in St-Edouard, Napierville, Québec, census (family) in 1880 Leelanau Co., MI, (see note 1) (daughter of Joseph Belouin-Fortier and Catherine St-Denis).

He married (2) Sophie Trudeau, 1 Oct 1850 in St. Remi, Napierville, Quebec,[1] born c. 1825/34 in CAN, (daughter of Louis Trudeau and Marguerite Gagné) died 1 Mar 1883 in Centerville, Lelanau Co., MI.

iv William Denoyer, born 22 Sep 1862 in NY, died 13 Jun 1919 in Centerville Twp., Leelanau Co., MI, buried in St. Mary's Cem., Lake Leelanau, MI, occupation farmer. According to grandson Frank, several Piette sisters married several Denoyer brothers in this generation.
He married (1) Adella/Della Piette, Also known as Josephine, born c. 1870 in MI, (daughter of Robert Payette and Marguerite Bosley).
He married (2) Alice Piet(te), Also known as Payette, 14 Jun 1897 in Centerville, Leelanau Co., MI, born c. 1878 in MI, (daughter of Robert Payette and Marguerite Bosley) died in Detroit, Wyane Co., MI.
v August(us) Denoyer, born c. 1864 in NY, died Nov 1940.
He married (1) Julia Lamie, Also known as LAMY, 7 Jan 1886 in Provenant, Leelanau Co., MI, born 11 Aug 1867 in Christian, Assumption Co., IL/CAN, died 1894 in Lake Leelanau, Leelanau County, MI.
He married (2) Elmira Couturier.
vi Alfred/Frederic Denoyer, Also known as Fred, born 30 Mar 1865 in Uttica, NY, died 3 May 1952 in Lake Leelenau, MI or Grand Traverse City, MI. Family came from Canada, spoke French

Lived at first with William Denoyer on his farm
William gave him 40 acres and a team of horses

1590 S. Schomberg, Lake Lelenau, MI 49653 (Da of Fred & Clara).
He married (1) Olive Payette, 7 Jan 1890 in Provenant, Leelanau Co., MI, born 1876 in MI, (daughter of Robert Payette and Marguerite Bosley) died 1908. Olive: Olive spoke French, being of French Canadian ancestry. Olive had a seizure once before, and the doctor told her if she had another it would likely be fatal. She was pregnant and at full term when she and her husband Frederick went to visit neighbors. While there, she had a seizure and died suddenly. They were debating whether and how to try to save the baby, but Fred said, "No,let the baby die with her." Olive was 33 at the time of her death. Lucille, Olive's last child, remembers that five to six years later, they exhumed her in order to move the grace. Lucille recalls that a little moss or mold was growing on her face.
He married (2) Clara Bossee, 10 Nov 1909 in Lake Leelenau, MI, born 20 Oct 1892 in Malone, NY, died 1974 in MI, buried in St. Mary's Cem., Lake Leelanau, MI. Clara: Clara married Fred after the death of his first wife, Olive Piette.
Clara was the daughter of Joseph Peter Bossee (the name was spelled various ways, including Bussey and Bussa), b. April 16, 1852 at St. Pascal Quebec, and Hortense Mary Gerard, b. November 27, 1858 at St.
Helena, Quebec. They married January 12, 1874 at St. Helen de Chester, Quebec, and settled in the late 1880'sin Provenant, MI (now Lake Leelenau). Joseph worked in the iron works in ElkRapids, and received two pay checks, one under his first and another under his middle name.Clara was the eleventh of 15 Bosse children, one of whom became a nun.
(From the Bossee family history book, which can be ordered for $25 from Joyce Barringer, 1324 Schuler, Muskegon, MI, 49445 (616) 744-3470. Clara was a sister to Emelia Mary Bossee who married Fred and Olive's son George.

She married (1) Ovilla Plamondon. Ovilla: North of Calgary CANADA
Ovilla & Rosena Plamondon went to homestead in Canada north of Calgary.
Leonard Schaub (616) 766-3326 has pictures & videos. When Ovilla died, Rosena married his brother Thomas.
She married (2) Tom Plamondon.
viii Joseph Ovilla Denoyer, born c. 1870 in NY. Also listed as marrying Eliza Pionsonnault.
He married (1) Hannah M. Payette, 13 Jun 1889 in Provenant, Leelanau Co., MI, born c. 1873 in Leelanau Co., MI, (see note 2) (daughter of Robert Payette and Marguerite Bosley) died 10 Jul 1908 in Centerville Twp., Leelanau Co., MI, (see note 3).
He married (2) Delia Bussey, 2 Aug 1910 in Elk Rapids, MI, born c. 1887 in MI, (daughter of Fred Bussey and unknown).
