[FCHSM] Upcoming talk on MI Native research

The Mid-Michigan Genealogical Society will feature Barbara Madison at their meeting Wednesday, October 24  speaking on: 

 

"Who says there ain't no Indian records? 

An overview of the many records created for the Great Lakes Anishnabe."

 

 

November 28 meeting will feature LeRoy Barnett, former State Archivist will speak on his recent genealogical-related research plus the topic of "Librarians as Destroyers of Printed Materials."

 

Meetings are held at Plymouth Congregational Church

2001 East Grand River Ave., Lansing, MI. 7pm-9pm.
