[FCHSM] Drummond Island (Vol 23, Issue 10)

I may be wrong, but wasn't there an agreement between Michigan and Canada to
swap Drummond Island (Canadian land) with Michigan for St. Joseph's Island
(Michigan land)? The former now belonging to Michigan and the latter
belonging to Canada?
