[FCHSM] FW: Guillaume Vinet dit Larente

HI everyone,As a new member to this list, I am wondering if anyone has info on Guillaume Vinet dit Larente who was a voyageur with the Lamothe-Cadillac expedition in 1701.  I am particularly keen on knowing if anyone has traced his ascendance.  All I know so far about him is that he came from Montréal.  I know of a Guillaume Vinet dit Larente who was born in 1681 in Montréal-Lachine.  He was the brother of a gr. great-grandfather of mine.  I am wondering if they are the same Guillaume.
