I'm Catholic too, and not ashamed to say it. What I have trouble with is
the whole
idea of our Catholic ancestors being baptized as Mormons long after their
deaths.
And the Mormons will tell you that that dead person agreed to the Mormon
baptism--
how on Earth is that possible??
What the Mormons have been doing for many years is taking all the names of
those
people submitted to their church and baptizing them into their religion,
regardless
of which religion that person followed in life. The Jews went ballistic
about this some
time back, when they found out that all the Holocaust victims were being
baptized. As
a result, when the LDS church is informed that they have baptized a Jew,
they have to
"undo" it--they are no longer permitted to baptize any Jews. Why can't the
Catholic
Church demand the same thing?
This whole baptism after death thing creeps me out anyway....
